In a move to satisfy more number of job seekers, the minimum qualification for Indian Railways Recruitment 2018 for Group D has been relaxed to Class 10th. Now applicants don’t have to produce the Industrial Training Institute or equivalent certificate for applying to group D posts. Indian Railways is hiring for level one post. Applicants will be selected on the basis of written examination and then they will have to go through a physical test for final selection.

Applicants need to possess 10th class or matriculation certificate as of on the cutoff date is given by the railway recruitment board. For some posts, the certificate from industrial training institute is must required.
The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/ Transgender have to remit Rs.250 either using the debit card or online banking. However, the fees of candidates belonging to reserved category will be refunded after appearing in the examination. General or OBC applicants should pay Rs.500.
Selection to the vacant posts is purely based on Merit. Candidates will be selected to group D posts based on the marks obtained in online test and physical endurance test.
